Made entirely in Alfa’s factory in Italy, the Heat Keeper™ brick absorbs and stores heat much better than lava stone or the ceramic stone used in other domestic pizza ovens.

Thanks to the HeatKeeper™ refractory brick, the floor of Alfa ovens cooks your pizzas quickly, making them crispy and perfectly soft.

This ceramic fibre is able to offer twice the heat resistance of the rock wool usually used in domestic pizza ovens.

DoubleDown Ceramic Superwool® ensures excellent temperature retention during baking, prevents the side surfaces from getting too hot and lets you bake pizzas that are always perfectly cooked.

This particular system optimises the circulation of hot air inside the baking chamber so that the refractory brick is heated even more and your pizzas are baked better.

‘Around-and-down’ heat ensures that the oven always maintains the right temperature, perfectly cooking both the base and the toppings of your pizza.
