Shipping policy

• Please note that it can take some time after your order before your shipping tracking information is updated. Shipping options and rates are dependent on the size and weight of products ordered, availability of the product, and distance of the delivery address from the store.
• Order online and have products delivered to you or option to click and collect in store. Heavy/Oversized items will only be available for delivery within 100km of the MHC Home Comfort store.
• You will see an estimated delivery date in your cart prior to checkout. We will provide you with an updated delivery window and tracking information, once the order has shipped.
• Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address, as this cannot be changed after your order has shipped. MHC Home Comfort will not be responsible for lost shipments due to an incorrect address being provided.
• Please note that an order cannot be cancelled or modified once it has been placed.
We can try to cancel orders within the first 30 mins of placing the order however this is not guaranteed. Any cancelation should be done by phone call to store.
• Standard shipping times/Estimated shipping times cannot be fully guaranteed.
Please keep in mind that delays may occur with the standard shipping option.
• Orders shipped with the standard shipping option can take 1-4 business days for processing before it is shipped.
• If a customer fails to accept delivery or fails to pick up a product, MHC Home Comfort will consider the property abandoned and has the right to sell, dispose of, or use any such products in any way it chooses.
• If the tracking confirms delivery but you haven’t received your package, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to open a case and please send us an email with your order number and name. If the shipping carrier confirms that the package is lost we will only send a replacement. A refund will not be provided for lost shipments.
Express Shipping:
• Express shipping requires a signature upon delivery and if no one is available at your delivery location, they will leave a note indicating that you have missed the delivery and when to expect the next delivery. We do not have control on the time that the courier attempts delivery. The customer is responsible to contact the courier once they have missed the first attempt ensuring that they are available for the next delivery attempt based on what works best for them. The tracking also indicates where the item is located and the day it will be delivered as well as how the customer could make arrangements with the courier and could give approval to leave the package at the door.
