The Crown 420 Shadow features 460 sq-in primary cooking surface and a durable cast aluminum cookbox. The cooking system features heavy duty 3-position cast iron cooking grids to sear the perfect steak. The pointed side delivers perfect steakhouse sear marks and the V-channel side captures juices for continuous basting of more delicate foods. They can also be angled to channel excess juices away and avoid any flare-ups. The stainless steel Flav-R-Wave system vaporizes juices and infuses them back into your food for great barbecue flavor. The four stainless steel Dual-Tube burners provide two ribbons of flame to deliver even cooking  temperatures. Convenience and performance features such as the fold-down shelves, locking casters, illuminated control knob lights and porcelain coated warming rack deliver exceptional value.
