RETURN POLICY

• If for any reason you're not satisfied with an order, eligible item(s) can be returned with original receipt, and in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of its order date for a full refund (to the original method of payment) or store credit, not including shipping charges. Credit will be applied to a Gift Card once the item has been received and approved by our Returns Department. Please allow up to 5-10 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

• All original packaging, tags and labels must still be intact and attached to returned items. Original packaging must not be damaged. Items that are opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

• MHC Home Comfort reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized  and/or not sent in accordance with the return terms and conditions. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order at the customer's expense.

Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

• Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility and we recommend shipping the return using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them. Please ensure your name and address information or order number is included in order for us to properly process your return.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. If any of the items you receive happen to be damaged, defective or missing from your order, it must be reported to our customer service within 24 hours.
MHC Home Comfort reserves the right to request photographic evidence regarding defective or incorrect products before authorizing a return. If it is proven that the item was shipped defective or incorrect, or if the package was lost, only a replacement will be shipped to the customer if it is available in stock, if not a store credit will be issued after receiving the incorrect or faulty item back. By placing your order with MHC Home Comfort, you have agreed to our return policy and terms and conditions.
